1 Pre-Screen Notice: Terms and conditions apply. Pre-screened does NOT constitute a guaranteed approval for financing. Based on information obtained from Zoominfo and other sources, we have determined that you MAY be eligible for the pre-screened amount.

Commercial Transactions: We offer financing to commercial entities for commercial purposes only. A commercial entity is defined as a valid operating business or corporation. This includes sole proprietors, S-corporations, C-corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and limited liability partnerships. All businesses must be in good standing with the Secretary of State for the appropriate state(s) where they operate and must have a valid business license and any other credentials deemed necessary by local governing authorities. Funds are provided for the business financing that includes, but is not limited to equipment, technology, or commercial vehicles.

Limitations of Use: You agree to abide by the terms and conditions ByzFunder NY LLC imposes including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules regarding availability of fares, products, or services. You are completely responsible for all assessments, charges, duties, fees, and taxes arising out of your use of the business financing received by ByzFunder NY LLC.

Business Information: We reserve the right to request additional information and to verify information obtained from Zoominfo, Inc. and other sources before funding any financing transaction. This may include, without limitation, owner information, revenues, time in business, SIC or NAICS codes, ownership structure, and business or operating licenses. Written or verbal consent to obtain and verify information may be required as appropriate. Please note that refusing a hard pull may limit your financing options.

Communications: By agreeing to communicate with ByzFunder NY LLC about this pre-approval request by email, the Borrower agrees to retain (whether by printing or saving electronically) the communications and documents that we email. If the Borrower is unable to print or retain the information, or wishes to revoke the agreement to be contacted about this qualification inquiry by email, the Borrower agrees to call ByzFunder NY LLC at (888) 476-0755.

Marketing Opt-Out: You are automatically opted in to all marketing communications. To avoid future marketing communications from us, you can opt out by calling your Account Manager and providing your account number. We will place your business on our company’s “No Contact” list.

Personal Credit Reports: We reserve the right to request personal credit bureau reports on business owners and representatives when we deem appropriate. We will obtain prior written consent from each individual before getting any such reports from TransUnion, Experian or Equifax.

No Warranty by Byzfunder: The Content may contain inaccuracies and/or typographical errors. ByzFunder NY LLC may alter, change or improve the Content at any time and without notice. ByzFunder NY LLC makes no representations or warranties as to the Content’s completeness or accuracy, and makes no commitment to update the Content. ByzFunder NY LLC makes no representations about the Content’s suitability for any purpose.

Use of Information: While ByzFunder NY LLC takes reasonable steps to safeguard and to prevent unauthorized access to your private information, we cannot be held responsible for the acts of those who gain unauthorized access, and we make no warranty, express, implied, or otherwise, that we will prevent unauthorized access to your private information.
